At Nine West, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
